I had a fill a week ago, my second, and it was just a 1.5cc add. Still really can eat anything if I was to put it to the test. I did vow on Saturday to stop the "snackies". I am very diligent about what I am eating, right down to these "snacks", but the whole feeling full seems to be eluding me.Three meals and lots of liquids should do the trick. So 3 days into that plan and yahoo! The scale moved finally after 2.5 weeks of staying put. I am down 2.5 pounds and now solidly in the 170's, not hovering by the 180's! (I can't even remember being this weight ever!!! It seems that I blasted right into the 200's where I sat for many years).
I also had a great workout with Miss Emma on Sunday morning! I hope we can make it a regular thing. She took me swimming and made me do laps. OMG! I was so tired! Just keeping up with the breathing and trying not to have her lap me in the lane, I thought I was going to die! My son reminded me that ski season is coming (he snowboards) and that is what he is going to do to whip me up there on the mountain. I just am so happy that I am getting in shape to keep up with them and that they actually want to take part in my fitness quest.
